The following outlines the requirements for renting from Zugara Studios including Indemnification, Insurance, Payment Terms and our Cancellation Policy:
INDEMNIFICATION
As part of your rental agreement, an indemnification clause protecting Zugara Studios has been included. The full indemnification clause will be provided to you in your rental contract.
INSURANCE
Certificate of Insurance from your Insurance Carrier naming Zugara Studios and Zugara Inc. as additional insured and Loss Payee. A full outline of the insurance terms will be provided to you in your rental contract.
PAYMENT TERMS
We require an initial deposit of 50% of your studio rental estimate to be paid no later than three business days prior to the shoot date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of production.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the rental time is cancelled or postponed with more than 72 hours prior notice, the Producer will receive 100% of their deposit back. If the rental time is cancelled or postponed with 48-72 hours prior notice, the Producer will receive 75% of their deposit back. If the rental time is cancelled with 24-48 hours prior notice, the Producer will receive 50% of their deposit back. For cancellations within 24 hours, no deposit will be refunded.
